MR. VARUN DHIR
PED EDUCATOR
With a Master’s in Computer Application and 12 years of experience in IT, I took a bold step to follow my passion for fitness. Over the years, I have pursued extensive certifications in diet, training, and anabolics, training under some of the best coaches in the industry.
My fitness journey began with powerlifting in 2017, but after a year, I transitioned into bodybuilding, where I found my true calling. Since then, I have successfully transformed countless clients and trained numerous bodybuilding athletes to compete at the highest level.
Beyond coaching, I have held key leadership roles in the industry, serving as the FIF District President and IBFF Punjab President. I have also contributed to the sport by organizing two bodybuilding shows under the name BULLS CLASSIC and have had the privilege of judging over 20 competitions.
Through years of hands-on experience, I realized that many athletes struggle due to a lack of proper knowledge in training, nutrition, and performance enhancement. That’s why I founded Muscle Factory Team—to provide science-backed education and expert guidance through our specialized courses, helping athletes achieve their full potential the right way.
